From November 1 to 4, The 2B Collective will participate in Web Summit, Europe's largest tech conference. The startup was selected to participate in the startup program in the Bèta startup program and will attend various sessions during the week in which they receive a platform as a startup to showcase themselves, speak with investors and expand their international network. In addition, The 2B Collective is part of the Dutch Trade Mission participating in Web Summit as a delegation. This also includes a multi-day program for startups that want to expand their business abroad. The 2B Collective is taking an important next step as a sustainability tech startup by attending both programs.
In the coming year, the startup is going to expand its sales capacity and wants to take the IT infrastructure, which is now outsourced, in-house. The company needs a strong CTO and a powerful team to do so. Both the Bèta startup program from Web Summit and the Dutch trade mission are important for recruiting an investor and international network to make these plans possible.
The 2B Collective aims to use its gamified learning platform to activate 2 billion people to think and act sustainably by 2030. The startup has taken the first steps toward this goal in the past year by starting a partnership with 14 organizations after delivering a brand new technical platform in 2021. Licensed partners like the UNSSC use the platform as a SaaS solution to activate large groups of people under their own white label. Content partners like Dr2 Consultants create expert content that is available to the collective of partners to work together toward the goal of 2 billion people.
